How reviews work

We want this page to be something you can trust. That's why we follow these rules, in line with the U.S. FTC's rule on consumer reviews and testimonials (16 CFR Part 465).

What we promise

No fake reviews. We never write, buy or invent reviews, and we don't post reviews from staff, family or friends.
No paid or rewarded reviews. We never offer money, discounts or freebies in exchange for a review — positive or negative.
Negative reviews stay up. We don't hide, delay or filter reviews because they're critical. The rating you see is calculated from every approved review.
Honest moderation. A person checks each review before it appears. We only reject reviews that contain spam, hate or harassment, private personal information, unrelated content, or obvious fakes — and we apply the same rules to 5-star and 1-star reviews.
Verified buyer badge. If you share an order number or purchase email, we privately check it against our records and add a "Verified buyer" badge. It's never shown publicly. Reviews without it are still published.
Public replies. We may reply publicly to reviews, but we never edit what you wrote.
